Fairytale Pumpkins

120 days. Cucurbita maxima. (F1) Porcelain Doll Pumpkin. The plant produces good yields of 10 to 25 lb pink pumpkins. This popular variety is prized for its distinctive pale-to-rich pink rind, deep ribbing, and blocky, almost square shape. Pumpkins start pale yellow, then cream, then pink when fully mature. Multiple harvests are required because pumpkins develop and mature at different times as vines grow. For the best pink color, harvest when the cork has developed on a stem.
