A popular Swiss Chard variety, prized for its vibrant multicolored stems—typically red, orange, yellow/gold, pink, purple, and white—paired with dark green to bronze, often savoyed (crinkled) leaves. Excellent for salads; larger leaves and stems are great sautéed, steamed, braised, in soups, stews, stir-fries, gratins, or as a spinach substitute. Many keep their color even after cooking.
