The bulbs are smooth, crisp, tender, and mild. The leaves are dark green and very flavorful. Best to harvest when bulbs are 2 to 3" across. Slow bolting. This is the earliest maturing variety on the market, with a maturity of only 37 days. Suitable for greenhouse production. An excellent choice for home gardens, greenhouses, market growers, and open field production. A variety from the USA.
