It is usually mixed together with Endive, Mustard, and Arugula. The plant produces good yields of corn salad. They are very dependable producers, even under adverse conditions. You can grow these throughout the winter as they can withstand temperatures as low as 5º F. Cold Tolerant. Some are the ones found in your local specialty markets and supermarkets.
