55 days. Brassica oleracea. Open Pollinated. Early White Vienna Kohlrabi. The plant produces heavy yields of tender, round Kohlrabi bulbs. The skin is greenish white, and the flesh is creamy white. The bulbs are crisp and very flavorful. Leaves are eaten like kale. Best to harvest when bulbs are 2 to 3" across. Heat Tolerant. Excellent choice for home gardens.
