It is a popular mustard green variety prized for its productivity, cold tolerance, and versatile spicy-to-mild flavor profile. Used in salads, cooked, stir-fries, and Southern-style cooked greens. Slow to bolt. Stands 2 to 4 weeks longer than other varieties. It is cold-tolerant, and flavor can improve after light frost.
