50 days. Brassica rapa. (F1) Just Right Turnip. This early maturing plant produces good yields of 4 ½ to 6” diameter turnips. The skin and flesh are pure white! It has mild flavored roots and delicious greens. Does well in extremely cold tolerant. Stores well. Will store until spring. Sow in summer/fall for fall/winter harvests. It is not recommended for spring sowing because of a tendency to bolt early. Cold Tolerant. Excellent choice for home gardens and market growers. United States Department of Agriculture, G 30479.
