It is a popular cauliflower variety prized for producing dense, pure-white heads and self-blanching. Its key feature is self-blanching: the broad outer leaves naturally curl inward and wrap around the developing head, protecting it from sunlight so it stays white without the usual need to manually tie or cover the leaves.
