Low germination & no reply

My order from Reimer seeds was very disappointing due to low germination. I sent them an email ([email protected]) where I said:
“Bodacious sweet corn - about half germination of Kandy Korn
> BeSweet soybean - zero germination
> Burpee Improved lima - zero germination
> Early Thorogreen lima - very low germination (2 plants)
> Henderson lima - very low germination (4 plants)”

I asked for a refund or credit for a future order, but I got no reply.
