You must let us know within 120 days of purchase if you experience any germination problems. We will test the seeds and see if we find a problem with the seeds. In most situations, the problem with germination is a result of the temperature being too low, the soil being too moist, or using the improper seed starting mix. If we test the seeds and find no problem with the germination, then a refund will not be forthcoming.
The only requirements on the Money Back Guarantee, is that you must follow the Planting Instructions and the Hot Pepper Growing Tips on our website, and also fill out a questionnaire on how you grew the seeds, so we can determine the cause.
