If you want your order filled quickly, add EXPEDITED SERVICE to your order, otherwise your order will be filled in the order it was received.

The Warranty is only valid if you follow the Planting Instructions on our website.

Once the order is placed, we can not add or delete items from the order. We can't combine orders either to save on shipping, so please place one order for all the items you want instead of placing two or more orders. All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

We never send substitutions!

Credit Card Requirements
You must provide the exact billing address that appears on your credit card statement and the 3 digit number on back of your credit card. The charged will be declined if the address or 3 digit number does not match what is on record with your credit card company. You must also a valid telephone number. If any of the information is enter incorrectly, or left blank, the transaction will be declined.

International Orders
Most countries do not require a Phytosanitary Certificate when you place an order for small packs of seeds. They may require a Phytosanitary Certificate if you order large quantity of bulk seeds. If you are not sure of your country's requirements, please contact your country's Customs Office before ordering. For Australia, a Phytosanitary Certificate is not required on orders where the seeds are less than 100 grams. All orders shipped to India require an Import Permit and the customer must request an Import Permit from the Indian Government and send it to us. If your country requires a Phytosanitary Certificate, please add the Phytosanitary Certificate Fee to your order by clicking the option from the left hand category list on our home page. International customers should add Insurance Protection to their orders as we are not responsible for lost shipments! We require billing and shipping address verification before we ship the order, so please email us the address exactly how it should appear on the package after you place the order. If we can not verifiy the international address, the order will be cancelled. If a package is returned to us because a Phytosanitary Certitifcate was required, the customer will have to pay for the shipping fees again, since we will have to reship the order a second time. There is no tracking on International First Class shipments or International Priority Mail shipments. Tracking is only available on International Express Mail shipments. On some items, such as Seed Starting Potting Mix, there may be additional shipping fees because of the weight of the shipment. You will be notified before the order is shipped if there are additional shipping fees. The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to International Orders!

Out of Stock Policy
We never send substitutions! At times an item you ordered may become out of stock. This seldom occurs and is usually a result of an inventory adjustment. If we find out that an item is out of stock at the time we are filling the order, we will issue you an immediate refund, unless the item is due to arrive from our seed supplier, then ww will Backorder the item. The Backorder will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. All Backorders are shipped First Class Mail. If you receive the shipment and there is a Backorder notice on the Sales Receipt, and you can't wait for the Backorder, just notify us by email and we will delete the item from the order and issue a refund for the item! If an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. You can click the button to be notified when the item is back in stock. Do not inquire about when the item will be back in stock. Just click the "Notify Me When This Item is in Stock" button, and you will be automatically notified via email when the item is back in stock and available for purchase.

Planting Instructions
The planting instructions can be found on our website by clicking the Planting Instruction button on the product page. The planting instructions are too detailed to include on the seed packet. Please read and follow the instructions carefully. The Money Back Guarantee Warranty is only valid if you follow the planting instructions on our website.

Money Back Guarantee
We guarantee that our seeds will grow! If the seeds do not germinate, and we test the seeds and find a problem with the seeds, you get your money back! You must notify us know within 120 days of purchase if you experience any germination problems or any othe problem with the seeds we sent you. In most situations, the problem with germination is a result of the temperature being too low, the soil being too moist, or using the improper seed starting mix.

The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to International Orders. International Customers buy at their own risk!

The only requirements on the Money Back Guarantee, is that you follow the Planting Instructions and Hot Pepper Growing Tips on our website. You must also complete the questions that Quality Control staff may email you so they can evaluate the problem.

Insurance Protection
We ship all orders via the US Post Office. The optional Insurance Protection protects you from a lost or damaged shipment. Insurance Protection is recommended as seller's liability ceases upon release of goods to Post Office. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Protect yourself by adding the Insurance Protection to the order. You must contact us and file a lost shipment claim within 30 days of the order being shipped, no exceptions!

Shipping and Handling Fees
The shipping and handling fees are determined by the following factors: the shipping address, the shipping method, and the dollar amount of the order. The shipping and handling fees do not just include postage, but includes the cost of packaging, labels, etc., and the cost to fill the order. By completing the order, you accept the shipping and handling fees.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Your order will be shipped by the US Post Office. Please enter the 9 digit zip code for quicker delivery. The busiest time of the year is between January and June, so consider selecting Priority Mail or Express Mail during checkout. Also, consider addng Expedited Service to your order if you want your order filled quickly. Orders are filled in the order they are received, except for Expedited Orders which are filled first and usually filled the following day. The delivery time depends on the method of shipment you selected during checkout. It could take 3 to 10 business days to receive the order during the busiest time of year. International First Class Orders can take between 7 and 21 days to receive their orders, and even longer if inspected by their Customs Office.

PayPal Payment Requirements
If you selected PayPal as the payment process, you must complete the PayPal payment within 24 hours. The order will be cancelled if we do not receive payment within 24 hours.

Payment by Fax Requirements
We accept fax orders, but you must place the order using the secure website. There is an additional $2.50 fee for processing fax orders, which will be added to the order.

Payment by Check
We accept payment by check, but you must place the order using the secure website. Write the Order Number on the check.

Shipping Address
The shipping address you provide must be found in the US Post Office's database. All APO addresses are stored in the database too. If your address is not found in the US Post Office's database, please contact your Postmaster to add it to the database. We can't ship to addresses not found in the US Post Office database!

Return Policy
All sales are final and we do not accept returns for any reason.

Warranty Policy
Reimer Seeds, Inc. warrants to the extent of the purchase price, and that the seeds sold are as described on the pack, within recognized tolerances. We give no other or further warranty, expressed or implied. All refunds will be issued to the credit card or via PayPal. We do not issue refunds in form or checks or money orders!

Important Notice About Growing Hot Peppers
Many hot pepper varieties come from dry desert regions and others come from the tropical regions. Please follow the Planting Instructions on our website. You may have success growing some varieties using other growing method, but may experience germination problems with other varieties, so it is important to use our Planting Instructions and Tips on Growing Hot Peppers. Our Planting Instructions are based on years of research and works well for most varieties.

Watermelon Release - Important Notice
Watermlon growers hereby release and hold harmless Reimer Seeds Inc to any damages rsulting from Bacterial Fruit Blotch. In any case, buyer's sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to the purchase price of the seeds. Bacterial Fruit Blotch of Watermelons is a bacterial disease which has resulted in severe economical losses to watermelon growers. Early detection can help limit loses. Bacterial Fruit Bacteria was not detected in a 10,000 seed sample of this lot. This does not gurantee that this lot is free of the seed borne organism. Do not plant these seeds without reading a copy of this notice.

Tracking Your Order
When you place an order through our secure website you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Login to your account and click Order History to check the status of the order. Tracking is available on all US Orders. There is no tracking on International First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking is only available on International Express Mail.

When you place an order through our secure ordering system, your credit card information is secure. When the lock at the bottom of your browser is closed, this indicates that the site is a secure site. You must have your browser's SSL turned on. All order transactions are processed through a secure server. The Credit Card Verification System we use prevents fraudulent use of your credit card.

We will not share any personal information you provided us. We do not make your information available to any outside source.

Newsletters
We periodically send newsletters via e-mail. You will only receive newsletters if you have signed up. You can opt-out with a click of your mouse. It's entirely your choice.

Disclaimer Policy
We reserve the right to change pricing and quantity per pack. We also reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse shipment for any reason. Your order may be cancelled if the shipping address, telephone number, email address, and/or credit card payment can not be verified or validated.
