Phytosanitary Certificate Testing Fees
TESTING
To obtain Phytosanitary Certificate for an order shipped to Japan, requires that the seeds be tested by a laboratory before the USDA can issue a certificate. This fee charged is for each type of seed ordered. For example, if you order five different types (category) of seeds, you would multiple 5 times $100 (or enter quantity of 5 for ordering purpose).
