What is Expedited Service and Should I Add it to My Order?

Add Expedited Service to your order if you want your order filled immediately. Orders are filled in the order they are received, except for Expedited Orders which are filled first. The delivery time is based on when the order is shipped and what method of shipment you selected during checkout.

What is Insurance Protection and Should I Add it to My Order?

Add Insurance Protection to your order to protect yourself from a lost or damaged shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All International Customers must add Insurance Protection to the order. Those customers who do not add Insurance Protection to the order shall bear the risk of a lost shopment or damaged shipment.

Do you have a Tracking Number so I can check the delivery status?

Yes. Login to your account and click Order History. Click on the order number in question. The order was shipped on the date following the word COMPLETED. You will find the Tracking Number (which is the USPS Delivery Confirmation Number) on the detailed order report. Click the Tracking Number to get the latest information on the delivery of the package from the US Postal Service.

Also, an email confirmation is sent when the order is shipped to the email address you used when you placed the order. It has the Tracking Number and date the order was shipped. If you did not receive the email, then change your spam email program to accept emails from us.

There is no Tracking Number on International First Class. Tracking is only available on International Express Mail.

An Item is Currently Out of Stock. When Will the Item Be Back in Stock?

If an item is Out of Stock, it will say so on the Product Page of the item, and you have the option to be notfied when the item is back in stock. The item could be out of stock until next season, so do not inquire about when the item will be back in stock. Just click the "Notify Me When This Item is in Stock", and you will be automatically notified via email when the item is back in stock and avaialble for purchase.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. The shipping cost are based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the Method of Shipment you select during checkout. The shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process.

Do you have a printed Catalog you can send me?

We do not have a printed catalog to send you.

How do I print the Planting Instructions from your website?

1. Go to the Product page of the item you want the Planting Instructions.

2. Click the "View Seed Planting Information" box.

3. Left click your mouse button over the Planting Instruction box.

4. Click Print

Where do I find How Many Seeds are in a Pack?

The number of seeds per pack are located in the seed description. Click on the dropdown menu on the poduct page to view bulk seed availability. If you need the seeds in bulk, oz or lb for example, and they are not listed under the dropdown menu, then email us a request with the quantity you need and the shipping destination, and we will get back to you with pricing. We can not quote a price unless we know the quantity you need!

Example: pk/100 means pack of 100 seeds.

Do You Accept Mail Orders Through Your Secure Ordering System?

Yes. We only accept orders placed through our secure website. Select Payment by Check during checkout. You must mail a copy of the order and write the Order Number on the check.

What are the Shipping and Handling Fees?

The Shipping and Handling fees are calculated prior to completing your order. It is based the shipping address, the shipping method, and the dollar amount of the order. The shipping and handling fees do not just include postage, but includes the cost for packaging, labels, etc, and the cost to fill the order. By completing the order, you accept the shipping and handling fees.

What is the Estimated Delivery Time and When Can I Expect the Order to be Shipped?

The estimated delivery time is:

3 - 7 days USA Orders - First Class Parcels

7 - 21 days International Orders - First Class Parcels

Non-Expedited Orders take an average of 2-7 business days to leave our warehouse, and 3 to 7 business days for delivery time for First Class Parcel.

We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service.

Add Expedited Service to future orders if you need the order filled quickly. Expedited Orders are filled before non-Expedited Orders and select Priority Mail or Express Mail for quicker delivery.

Expedited Orders take at average of 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse, and 1 to 7 business days for delivery depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout. Expedited Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

The busiest time of the year is between December and June, so consider selecting Priority Mail or Express Mail during checkout if you want your order to arrive more quickly. Add Expedited Service to your order if you want your order filled immediately. Remember, orders are filled in the order they are received, except for Expedited Orders which are filled first. The delivery time is based on when the order is shipped and what method of shipment you selected during checkout. International Orders can take longer than 21 days, if the Customs Office in that country decides to inspect the package.

To check the status of your order, Login into your account and click Order History to check on when your order was shipped. In the upper left hand corner, the date the order was shipped is found after the words COMPLETED. The time of delivery starts from the time the order was COMPLETED.

Are your Seeds Organically Grown?

The variety will have a Organic Seeds symbol, if it is an organically grown variety.

What does Backordered mean?

If you receive your order, and an item is marked BACKORDERED, that means the item is currently out of stock, but we expect to have it back in stock shortly from our seed supplier. We will ship the Backorder as soon as we receive it from our supplier

Can I Add Items to the Order?

No. We can not add items to the order.

Can I Pay By Check?

Yes, but you must place the order using are secure website and select Payment By Check as payment method during checkout. Write the Order Number on the check.
