75 days. Lycopersicon esculentum. (F1) Plant produces good yields of 10 oz deep red heart shaped tomatoes. Tomatoes are very flavorful and very juicy. It is a cross between a paste tomato and an oxheart tomato. Excellent for salads and making tomato paste. Disease Resistant: VFA. Indeterminate. pk/20

My new favorite tomato. In search of a sauce/paste tomato that would produce well in CO and have wonderful flavor, I grew five different kinds - Giant Valentine, Jersey Devil, Viva Italia, Mama Leone and San Marzano Redorta. Giant Valentine was the winner in my 2008 garden, although it was a tough year for tomatoes. This is now in my planting regime. I shipped plants to SC and they are begging for more next year.
