Great cooked or fresh in salads. The dandelion-type leaves produce tender and flavorful stalks. It has an asparagus-like flavor. High in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, and Iron. Cold Tolerant. Heat Tolerant. Also known as Catalogna Emerald Chicory. Excellent choice for home gardens.
