Information:
Cress is a curly leaf plant and belongs to a different class of vegetable than
watercress. Cress is grown like lettuce and spinach. Cress does not do well in
very hot weather. You can have successive plantings throughout the year. Plant
in August for fall harvest. Cress seeds are usually planted directly in the
garden. Plants grow 3 - 12" tall. | |
