90 days. Capsicum annuum. Plant produces heavy yields of 1 ¼" long by ¾" wide chicken heart shaped hot peppers. Peppers are very hot and turn from green to red when mature. Plant has green stems, dark green leaves, and white flowers. Peppers are used to make pepper vinegar, similar to Tabasco sauce. Also known as Hinkelhatz Peppers. One of the oldest heirloom varieties cultivated by the Pennsylvania Dutch for over 150 years. Plant Height: 25" tall. pk/20
