The 6 - 8" heads are tight dome-shaped with small dark green beads. It is very flavorful. It has excellent side shoot production after the main crown harvest. The best way of getting the most out of Artwork Broccoli is to get rid of that central crown quickly. As soon as you do, the side shoots begin to take off. It is very bolt resistant, keeping its tight beads even when the temperature climbs. Suitable for spring and fall planting. Heat Tolerant.
